Easy way to insert a internal permalink with JavaScript

Description
We should have a easy method to insert internal links into the page. Now, there exist only a little help function: Edit a page and click on the button "page list". Then you will be get a list of all existing pages and you can "easy" copy&paste a permalink into the page content. (btw. the link syntax is not creole like...)
It would be really good, if there exist a JavaScript? function for easier inserting the permalink.
